Due to the density and weight of the BMC Anti-Shock Mat the use of grommets, velcro attachment devices, or adhesives is NOT needed. The mat’s density and resulting weight will keep the mat in it’s place behind your console when running offshore. Anglers who have deck plates and/or hatches behind their console will appreciate the ability to remove the mat for quick access, as well as cleaning their deck.
